Entertainment and other activities

At the campsite there is plenty to do and experience every day. At the campsite you can play clog golf (free of charge), canoeing, supping, swimming, fishing, go-karting, visit the animals, the watchtower and the playground. Furthermore, you can play soccer and there is a jeux de boules court.

Even in less good weather, we have plenty of space in our indoor play areas to do fun activities such as playing in the straw, crafts, playing games, shuffleboard and a table tennis table and pool table can be used.

Organized activities at the campsite

During Pentecost and Ascension we organize a weekend program with all kinds of fun activities. Depending on the weather, we put together a program with different activities for the whole family.

In the May and summer vacations, for children up to 6 years old, there is the Children’s Club every morning. Come do crafts, discover the farm, romp in the haystack and play games under supervision. Parents can feel free to pick you up after.

For older children, we organize archery, polder sports and a campfire, among other activities.

Early risers can join our animal caretaker and help feed our goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, donkey and sheep. On campfire night you can eat marshmallows, make your own popcorn and toast sandwiches over the fire. We also organize a children’s disco every week.

Family

For the family, there are plenty of fun things to do. For example, join the Family Bingo for a fun evening. Or join Tour de Boer: learn all the ins and outs about farm life. In this full-day program, you will visit 1 farm in the area. Pet the calves, collect your own eggs and see a tractor up close. The farmer will tell you more about the farm, farm life and the role of a farmer in today’s society where there is more and more pressure on farmers. Fun for the whole family!

We also offer the opportunity to use (for a fee) the activities offered at Boerderij de Boerinn. Canoeing, supping and clog golf are free if available. It is always possible to book extra activities as a group/family. During your stay you can choose from:
